This video is not to scare anyone but to make you aware that their are dangers when it comes to waist training. These dangers are serious and occur frequently when improperly doing waist training.

You want to make sure that the corset or trainer you put on fits you comfortably. You do not want something that is too tight and causes any pain or discomfort. You also want to look for waist trainers that fit you correctly.

Also remember that not only do waist trainers work when done properly but it is very important to incorporate a well balanced diet and exercise to achieve maximum results.
